A member of The Florida Bar since 1995, Vince has built a distinguished career representing insurers, businesses, and insured clients in high-exposure cases involving commercial general liability, premises liability, negligent security, automobile liability, products liability, trucking accidents, tire defects and wrongful death claims.
Prior to founding Iacono Law Firm, Vince served as senior trial partner for a multi-state insurance defense firm, where he managed and directed litigation strategy across a broad portfolio of liability matters. He has also acted as senior trial counsel for major insurers handling complex cases throughout Florida’s major metropolitan regions and has been entrusted with mentoring attorneys in litigation tactics and trial advocacy.
Earlier in his career, Vince spent more than a decade representing a national insurer as trial counsel and advising corporate counsel on statewide litigation strategies and anti-fraud initiatives. His experience also includes service as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases and served as Lead Domestic Violence Prosecutor, further sharpening his courtroom skills and trial presence.

Brandon brings nearly six years of experience handling claims from inception through resolution, with a practice focused on premises liability, automobile liability, trucking liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist suits, general negligence, and related third-party liability disputes.

She is a certified Master Guardian ad Litem, and she served as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, advocating for the best interests of children in the dependency system.

Lauren is an associate attorney with Iacono Law Firm, where she joined the firm in May 2025 and focuses her practice on insurance defense and civil litigation.
Lauren brings several years of hands-on litigation experience to her role, including prior work in a high-volume insurance defense practice. She regularly handles all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through discovery, motion practice, and resolution. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive and procedural motions; preparing litigation plans and client-required status reports; and assisting with depositions, mediations, client interviews, and site inspections. Lauren is known for delivering practical, detail-driven analysis to help clients evaluate exposure, strategy, and settlement value.
Before joining Iacono Law Firm, Lauren served as an associate attorney and law clerk in Fort Myers, Florida, where she supported defense counsel in complex civil matters and provided insurers with thorough reporting and strategic recommendations. She also gained valuable experience through internships with the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel and the State Attorney’s Office, Juvenile Division, further strengthening her courtroom and advocacy skills.
Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2024. While in law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Board and was recognized with multiple academic honors, including CALI Awards in Legal Research and Writing, Trial Advocacy, and Administrative Law. She was also selected as a student commencement speaker.
Pete is an associate attorney with Iacono Law Firm, where he joined the firm in August 2025 and focuses his practice on insurance defense and civil litigation.
Pete earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he focused on business, technology, and litigation strategy with a growing interest in insurance defense and complex civil disputes. Through the UF Law Innovation and Entrepreneurship Clinic, Pete advised emerging companies on risk management, licensing, and intellectual property—experience that informs his practical, prevention-oriented approach to defending claims and protecting clients’ long-term interests. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and brings a business-minded perspective to every matter he works on.
Pete has developed a strong foundation that translates directly to insurance defense practice. As a summer associate with a multinational electronics manufacturer, he supported an in-house commercial legal team handling high-stakes, multi-million-dollar agreements and helped build a comprehensive internal playbook designed to streamline negotiations and standardize legal positions. That experience sharpened his attention to detail, contract interpretation skills, and ability to assess risk—core tools for defending insureds and evaluating exposure.
Previously, Pete served as a law clerk with a prominent Tampa Bay area law firm, where he drafted motions and pleadings, analyzed complex legal issues, and conducted in-depth legal research—experience that now supports his interest in motion practice, early case evaluation, and strategic defense of liability claims. An Eagle Scout and the recipient of a civic proclamation from the City of St. Pete Beach, Pete is known for his adaptability, strong writing skills, and collaborative working style. Outside the office, he enjoys novel writing, brand strategy, weightlifting, and staying current on emerging technologies that continue to influence litigation and insurance risk.
